GIPA produces a series of large linear vibrators for generating heavy vibrations. These machines have a hardened piston and cylinder surrounded by a stainless steel housing. The exhaust air is used in this housing as a cooling medium (expansion, air cools after compressed air expands). In this way, the already low surface temperature of the running surfaces is further reduced.

This construction ensures that the tolerances between the running surfaces can be minimal. In this way, the LG series linear vibrators offer a high yield at very low air consumption and noise level without using special seals. One of the main advantages of these linear or piston vibrators is that both the frequency and the amplitude can be adjusted steplessly independently of each other over practically the entire range. In contrast to rotary vibrators, piston vibrators do not require start-up time and shut-down time and are suitable for pulsating operation.

The stainless-steel housing of the LG vibrators is resistant to nearly all cleaning agents.

For HORIZONTAL use, a starter valve is required.

 

APPLICATIONS

The vibrators are very well-suited for mounting on large bunkers and silos for optimal outflow of your bulk materials. Other possible applications include compacting bulk materials in bulk packs on vibrating tables, dosing, sorting, separating or (indeed) mixing, orienting, removing air, unblocking and so forth.
