Despite its simple design, this compact roller vibrator is able to produce very large centrifugal forces.
- large vibration (centrifugal) force
- compact installation options and easy to assemble
- suitable for oil-containing and oil-free compressed air
- steplessly adjustable by setting the compressed air pressure
A hardened steel ring is installed in the aluminium housing, in which a polished steel roller is spun by means of compressed air. The resulting centrifugal force that is generated depends on the weight of the roller and the diameter of the hardened ring. Characteristic of these vibrators are the large vibration force and frequency.
This equipement can be used anywhere in which bulk materials must be put into motion or must remain in motion to prevent arching or ratholing and cohesion. Roller vibrators are particularly well suited to prevent accumulation and cohesion to silo walls and pipes. Or to power your vibration chute or runner, sieve or vibrating table. An important feature is that these vibrators are entirely enclosed and maintenance-free. They are therefore perfectly suitable for use in a contaminated or polluted environment, but also in ‘enclosed’ spaces such as in the food industry. Thanks to the waste return from the air, rotary roller vibrators are also suitable for use in a sterile working environment.
