Flodyn
The Flodyn is a vertical vibrating conveyor that ensures a regular flow of material and enables the volumetric measurement of powders, grains and granules.
The Flodyn is easy to install, does not require much space because of its low in-line height and is free of maintenance. When the Flodyn is in operation, the material-flow is visible.

The material flows from a silo or container through a funnel to the platform of the vibrating mechanism. The required flow is obtained by causing the platform to oscillate. This is done electrically or pneumatically and therefore, the flow rate is continuously variable. The Flodyn is a versatile product and can be used in a large number of applications:

The housing of the Flodyn®-series consists of two flanges, between which a transparent acrylic cylinder is wedged. The closed vibrating mechanism is securedto the lower flange and is connected to the control box by a plug and socket (IP65), or to the pressure regulator by a pneumatic connection in the case of pneumatic operation. The Flodyn® is, depending on the capacity, available in 4 models.
