Vibrating devices
The range of vibrating devices consists of vibrating tables, vibrating troughs, vibrosieves and vibrating conveyors. The vibrating devices are available in standard sizes as well as on customer specification.

Vibrating tables The vibrating tables are used for simple and advanced applications, such as the simultaneous compression and roads, the densification during transport on roller conveyors or vibrating simultaneously during the filling and weighing, using an electronic control. Precision vibrating tables with electronic speed control and measurement and feedback are used in the testing of packaging according to ISO standards for precision mechanical and electronic devices.

A large number of vibrating tables in standard dimensions of 200 x 300 mm to 1200 x 1200 mm is in stock. For driving the tables you can choose out of compressed air, solenoids or unbalanced motors.
Moreover, thanks to years of experience of GIPA, in addition to the standard range for each specific application a vibrating table to be developed.
Vibrating tables can also be rented for a certain period.

Vibrating Gutters Vibrating gutters are used for various applications ranging from precision dosing to bulk transport. The pumps are driven by pneumatic piston vibrators, electric imbalance motors or by electromagnetic vibrators. Transport speeds can be regulated through pneumatic control or electronically finely through the infinite adjustment of amplitude and frequency. Vibrating gutter drives The vibrating gutter drive causes a direct vibrating transfer to a bowl, a tray or other surface. They are used in packaging machines or special processes in which a volumetric flow of bulk material or products is required. The drives are small, compact electro magnets in a dustproof housing. Depending on size and weight of the tank or gutter it is possible to mount several drives. The vibrating gutter drive can be installed by GIPA or by the client. |

Vibrating sieves Vibrating sieves are ideally suited for intensive sieving work in the processing of powders and granular materials. The vibrating sieves are both standard and on customer specification available. They are not sensitive to wet or dusty environments. Moreover, the vibrating sieves are resistant to fire and explosion and have a low noise level. The standard vibrating sieves are designed to be easy adapted to special use, environment, products and processes. |

Vibrating conveyors Vibrating Conveyor installations can be used in the carriage of goods during transportation. They can be combined with variable conveyor systems for mixing and filling machines. |
